No Franchise Fees or desk Fees
Most franchise companies charge their brokers 5-8% per transaction just for the franchise fee alone! This is right off the top, of all of YOUR hard earned commissions. Elite Realtors of New Jersey does not charge a franchise fee! Let’s do the math, if you earn $75 – 100,000 in commissions a year you will pay between $3,750 - $8,000 per year in franchise fees. Desk fees in many companies can be over $1,500 per month. We charge NO desk fees, rollovers, caps or wraps.
No Year End Penalties
Some companies will decrease your side of your commission split (for example: from 70/30 to 60/40 or even to 50/50) if you do not reach an annual minimum dollar amount. At some companies if you have not fully paid the amount owing for the year, the balance still owing gets added to next year’s fee and then you are playing catch up. At Elite Realtors of New Jersey there are no year end penalties. Start every year with a clean slate! We make it simple and profitable.
Your Leads go Directly to You
The calls that come in from your listings, whether it be from signs, the internet or any marketing of the property, goes directly to you. A trained administrator forwards all your leads to you so that you can follow up with the prospective buyers. After all, who knows your listings better than you, and most importantly it’s your listing, you should get the buyers. The net result is that you will sell a lot more of your own listings, attain more buyers and sell more houses.
Become a True Independent Contractor
At Elite Realtors of New Jersey we allow our Realtors to be true Independent Contractors. As long as you follow all the legal and ethical guidelines you are free to negotiate with sellers regarding terms and commissions on listing agreements based upon utilizing your own business skills. The same holds true regarding advertising and promoting yourself and your listings. We are not bound by some of the rigid unreasonable policies of many of the traditional companies, on the contrary we give you the freedom and independence to do what makes the most business sense for you as well as your clients.

Also, our company Website contains unique features one of which is Auto Email Notification. In addition to traditional house search requests the Auto Email Notification will allow buyers and Realtors to search for properties not currently on the market. The Website will automatically email the customer and Realtor when the property matching the specific criteria entered comes on the market. Coaching and Mentoring
Most of our Agents are experienced with many successful years in the business. At our weekly roundtable discussions we can all benefit from each other’s experiences and knowledge.
