Scott Bresky is a seasoned financial expert with more than 25 years of real estate and investment expertise with world-class organizations, including serving as President for Chase Investment Services Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase, and Senior Vice President for Wachovia Banks Asset Management Group. He is the founder and President of Alternative Wealth Group, which provides wealth management, real estate and 1031 Exchange advisory services. Scott is currently on the Board of Directors for the Kean University Foundation where he serves on the finance and investment committee. He has also served on the Board of Directors for The Bank Securities Association, Chase Investment Services Corporation and was as a committee member for The Securities Industry Association. Scott has been a keynote speaker on real estate, economics, and financial topics at engagements around the world. He is a Registered Principal and an Investment Advisor Representative as well as a member of New Jersey Real Estate Association Scott and his wife, Gail, reside in Randolph, NJ with their children, Daniel and Sara. He enjoys golf, traveling, and any activity that finds him spending time with his family.
